Scanned copy (in PDF or JPEG with maximum file size 1MB) of the following Documents.

1. Registration or Incorporation Certificate of the Organization.

2. Permanent Account Number (PAN).

3. Tax Deduction Account Number (TAN).

4. Photo and CV of Head of the Partner.

5. Photo and CV of Authorized person.

6. Voters ID/Driving License/Aadhar Card/Passport.
