1	Short Description	DDU-GKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana) is a centrally sponsored scheme (60:40 ratio), and it is implemented through the State Management Unit, DDU-GKY Maharashtra, Department of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department, Government of Maharashtra. The main objective of the scheme is to provide skill training to youth aged 18 to 35 in rural areas of Maharashtra, in various fields of employment opportunities, and make them self-reliant. Under the scheme, special focus is on Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Minority and women of the total target beneficiaries. Through the scheme, 3/6/9/12 months of free residential trainings are provided to rural youths through sanctioned PIAs (Partners in Action/Project Implementing Agencies). Candidates who have completed the training as per DDUGKY SOP, undergo assessment by the Sector Skill Council. Those who pass, receive a government- issued certificate.

3	Eligibility / Criteria	1. Eligibility Criteria for DDU-GKY General: Rural poor youth aged 18-35 years. Special Groups: Upper age limit extended to 45 years for: Women candidates Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs) Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) Transgender individuals Other special groups: Rehabilitated bonded labour Victims of trafficking Manual scavengers HIV-positive individuals 2. Identification of Poor: Based on Participatory Identification of Poor (PIP) under NRLM strategy. Until PIP is implemented, the following are eligible: 3. Criteria for Youth Eligibility: Youth from Below Poverty Line (BPL) households. Youth from households where: Any family member worked under MGNREGA for at least 15 days in the previous financial year. Household has a valid RSBY card with youth details mentioned. Issued Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) / BPL PDS cards. A family member is part of a Self-Help Group (SHG) under NRLM. Household is covered under auto-inclusion parameters as per SECC, 2011 (when notified).

5	Benefits of the scheme	1.skill Training: This program provides beneficiaries with free skill training in more than 500 types across over 11 different sectors, including १. IT - ITES 2. Automotive 3. Healthcare 4. Tourism & Hospitality 5. Logistic & Supply Management 6. Security 7. Retail 8. Beauty & Wellness 9. Apparel, Made Ups & Home Furnishing 10. Retail 11. Automobile etc. The training is designed to be industry-relevant and tailored to the necessary skills for beneficiaries to obtain employment. 2. Placement Support: This program connects beneficiaries with potential employers and provides placement support. It also assists beneficiaries during the job search process, such as resume writing and interview preparation. 3.Post-Placement Support: This program provides post-placement support to help beneficiaries settle into their new jobs. This support may include mentorship, counselling, and access to resources. 4.Career Progression Support: This program provides career progression support to help beneficiaries advance in their careers. This support may include training, guidance, and networking opportunities.

1	थोडक्यात माहिती	दीन दयाल उपाध्याय ग्रामीण कौशल्य योजना ही केंद्र पुरस्कृत (६०:४० गुणोत्तर), प्लेसमेंट लिंक्ड योजना असून, राज्यामध्ये राज्य व्यवस्थापन कक्ष, दीनदयाल उपाध्याय ग्रामीण कौशल्य योजना, ग्राम विकास व पंचायती राज विभाग, महाराष्ट्र शासन यांचे मार्फत अंमलबजावणी होते आहे. योजनेचे मुख्य उद्दिष्ट्य हे महाराष्ट्रातील ग्रामीण गरीब कुटुंबातील १८ ते ३५ वर्षे वयोगटातील युवक/युवतींना विविध क्षेत्रांमध्ये रोजगार उपलब्ध करून देऊन, त्यांना आर्थिकदृष्ट्या सक्षम बनवून स्वावलंबी करणे आहे. DDUGKY योजने अंतर्गत ग्रामीण युवक/युवतींचे विशिष्ट निकषांवर आधारित वर्गीकरण केले जाते एकूण लक्ष्यापैकी अनुसूचित जाती (SC), अनुसूचित जमाती (ST), महिला आणि अल्पसंख्याकांसाठी राखीव आहे. तसेच योजनेंतर्गत ३ /६/९/१२ महिन्याचे मोफत रहिवासी प्रशिक्षण शासनाने मान्यता दिलेल्या प्रकल्प अंमलबजावणी संस्थेमार्फत ग्रामीण युवक/युवतींना प्रदान केले जाते. योजनेच्या मार्गदर्शक सुचनेनुसार प्रशिक्षण पूर्ण केलेल्या ग्रामीण युवक/युवतींचे सेक्टर स्किल काउन्सिल कडून (SSC) मूल्यांकन केले जाते. ज्यामध्ये उत्तीर्ण होणाऱ्या ग्रामीण युवक/युवतींना शासनाकडून प्रमाणपत्र प्रदान केले जाते.

3	पात्रता/निकष	DDU-GKY साठी पात्रता निकष 1. लक्ष्य वयोगट: सामान्य गट:ग्रामीण गरीब युवक वय 18-35 वर्षे.. विशेष गट: वयोमर्यादा 45 वर्षे पर्यंत वाढविण्यात आलेली आहे. महिला उमेदवार. विशेष दुर्बल आदिवासी गट (PVTGs) मधील उमेदवार. दिव्यांग व्यक्ती (PwDs). ट्रान्सजेंडर व्यक्ती. इतर विशेष गट: पुनर्वसन झालेले बंधकामध्ये अडकलेले मजूर. तस्करीचे बळी. मॅन्युअल स्कॅव्हेंजर्स. HIV पॉझिटिव्ह व्यक्ती. 2. गरिबांची ओळख: Participatory Identification of Poor (PIP)अंतर्गत NRLM धोरणाचा उपयोग करून ओळख केली जाईल. PIP अंमलबजावणी होईपर्यंत, पुढील पात्र ठरतील: 3. युवकांसाठी पात्रता निकष: BPL (Below Poverty Line) घरातील युवक. जिथे MGNREGA मजूर (कुटुंबातील कोणताही सदस्य) मागील आर्थिक वर्षात किमान 15 दिवस काम केलेले असेल. ज्यांच्या कुटुंबाकडे वैध RSBY कार्ड आहे, ज्यावर युवकाचा तपशील नमूद आहे. ज्या कुटुंबांना Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) / BPL PDS कार्ड दिले गेले आहे. जिथे कुटुंबातील सदस्य NRLM अंतर्गत स्वयं सहाय्यता समुहाचे (SHG) सदस्य आहे. ज्या कुटुंबालाSECC, 2011 अंतर्गत ऑटो समावेशन निकषांमध्ये (अधिसूचित केल्यावर) समाविष्ट केले आहे.
4	अर्ज कसा भरावा "अर्ज भरण्याची पद्धत" पोर्टल URL	Kaushal Panjee Portal (https://kaushalpanjee.nic.in/) - योजनेंतर्गत लाभधारक (18-35 वयोगटातील ग्रामीण भागातील युवक युवती) यांचे Registration प्रक्रिया करण्यात येते.
5	योजनेचे लाभ	1. कौशल्य प्रशिक्षण : या योजनेमध्ये लाभार्थ्यांना विविध ११ पेक्षा जास्त क्षेत्रातील ५०० पेक्षा जास्त प्रकारचे प्रशिक्षण जसे की १. IT - ITES 2. Automotive 3. Healthcare 4. Tourism & Hospitality 5. Logistic & Supply Management 6. Security 7. Retail 8. Beauty & Wellness 9. Apparel, Made Ups & Home Furnishing 10. Retail 11. Automobile etc यांसारख्या विविध क्षेत्रांमध्ये मोफत कौशल्य प्रशिक्षण प्रदान केले जाते. हे प्रशिक्षण उद्योगाशी संबंधित आणि रोजगार मिळवण्यासाठी आवश्यक कौशल्यांवर आधारित आहे. 2. नोकरीची हमी: या योजनेमध्ये लाभार्थ्यांना Potential Employers सोबत जोडले जाते आणि नोकरी मिळवण्यासाठी मदत केली जाते. यामध्ये Resume writing, मुलाखत तयारीआणि इतर नोकरी शोधण्याच्या प्रक्रियेमध्ये सहाय्य केले जाते. 3. Post-Placement support: हा कार्यक्रम लाभार्थ्यांना त्यांच्या नवीन नोकरीत स्थिर होण्यासाठी मदत करतो. यामध्ये मार्गदर्शन, सल्ला (Counselling), आणि आवश्यक संसाधनांचा (Resources) उपयोग करण्यासाठी मदत केली जाते. 4. Career Progression Support: हा कार्यक्रम लाभार्थ्यांना त्यांच्याCareer प्रगती करण्यासाठी मदत करतो. यामध्ये अतिरिक्त प्रशिक्षण, मार्गदर्शन, आणि नेटवर्किंगच्या संधी उपलब्ध करून दिल्या जातात.
